There are 37 staff members in the New Life Centre. There are two full time employees and five part time employees, with the remaining staff drawn from the local community and its environs through CE, JI and Tus work schemes.
In addition there are also a large number of volunteers working in the centre in the areas of youth, counselling and education.
Each term a large number of tutors are employed to facilitate the adult courses. Tutors are employed for specific courses and it is the aim of the Centre to employ as many people from the community as possible to run these courses. This is also the objective in employing staff in the New Life Centre.
