A group of young people have been lacing up their runners for the brand-new Sphere 17 Couch to 5km programme in Darndale Park.
The weekly sessions are all about building fitness, having fun, and supporting each other along the way.
The initiative is open to all young people in the area, whether you want to run, jog, or walk, everyone is welcome.
Sessions take place every Wednesday at 6pm in Darndale Park.
There’s no need to book, just turn up and join in.
